Common questions
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — 30 days, with full access. We collect a card at signup so the trial converts smoothly, but you won’t be charged until day 31.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- Do prices include VAT?
- Prices are exclusive of VAT. If we’re VAT-registered when you sign up, VAT will be added at Checkout. You can reclaim it on your VAT return.
- What happens if my card is declined?
- Stripe automatically retries the charge over 3 weeks. If it still fails, we give you a 7-day grace period before switching the app to read-only. Customer-facing flows (estimates, deposits, invoices) keep working throughout.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes. Email support and we’ll provide a full export. Per UK GDPR you can also request deletion at any time.
- Annual or monthly?
- Both. Monthly is £99; annual is £990 (save £198). You can switch from Settings → Billing at any time.
